Hi, I'm Kelly!

As the founder and principal consultant at Intrepid Resolutions, I provide high-performance coaching, learning and development consulting and change management in the private and non-profit sector. I have also enjoyed meaningful careers with the Department of Social Services, County Office of Education, and Regional Center System (contracted with the Department of Developmental Services).

Mastering the Art of Exceptional Case Management provides human services superheroes with a "utility belt" of tips, tools and techniques that educate, empower and inspire them in the work they do everyday to serve our most vulnerable populations. 

I created this course from the lens of the dedicated human services leaders I have coached and mentored and the devoted case managers I have trained.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and an ICF-Approved Graduate-Level Evidence-Based Professional Coaching Certificate. 

As a parent of children with unique and special needs adopted from the foster care system, I also know--first-hand--the impact that quality case managers have on the lives of the people they support.
